Ingredients

3 extra lean beef sausages

2 slices of Aldi low carb high protein bread

1/2 an onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon Becs Christmas Dinner Hemp Seed Sprinkle

1 tablespoon dried cranberries

1/4 of an apple

1 scoop of feel good tasteless protein powder

10 rashers thin cut bacon

Toast the slices of aldi bread.
 
Add all ingredients except for sausage and bacon in a food processor and blend for 20 second, scrap sides of blender and blend again for 20 seconds.
 
Place bread crumbs in a bowl and squeeze sausage from casing, mix together until well combined.
 
Cut each piece of bacon in half, place a teaspoon of mixture at one edge of bacon and roll up, secure with a toothpick (or put multiple bites on a long skewer).
 
Repeat with remain bacon and mixture until you have 20 bites.
 
Place in an oven preheated to 180 and bake for 15 mins. Turn oven up to 220 and bake for a further 5 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
 
Serve with cranberry sauce x
