1/4 cup almond meal
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Bec’s Hemp Seed Sprinkle
1 tablespoon finely grated parmesam
1/2 teaspoon melted butter
Egg Mixture
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Bec’s Hemp Seed Sprinkle
1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan
Bread
In a large mug combine all ingredients and mix well.
Microwave for 2-2.5 mins depending on your microwave wattage.
Remove from mug and allow to cool.
Slice into 4 even slices.
Mix together all egg mixture ingredients.
Heat a non stick fry pan and lightly spray with oil spray.
Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture and fry on both sides until brown and crisp.
