Ingredients

 

Bread

1 Egg

1/4 cup almond meal

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon Bec’s Hemp Seed Sprinkle

1 tablespoon finely grated parmesam

1/2 teaspoon melted butter

 

Egg Mixture

 

1 Egg

1 tablespoon Bec’s Hemp Seed Sprinkle

1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan

Bread
In a large mug combine all ingredients and mix well.
Microwave for 2-2.5 mins depending on your microwave wattage.
Remove from mug and allow to cool.
Slice into 4 even slices.
 
Mix together all egg mixture ingredients.
 
Heat a non stick fry pan and lightly spray with oil spray.
Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture and fry on both sides until brown and crisp.
 
 
 
Served here with mashed avocado, ham off the bone, a simple salsa made from diced onion and diced mixed with hemp seeds and beetroot relish. Nutritional information for French Toast ONLY.
