25 grams grated cheese of your choice
1 tablespoon cottage cheese
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon Bec’s Onion & Chive Hemp Seed Sprinkle (plain hemp seeds or any seasoning of choice will work)
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.
In a small bowl mix cottage cheese, milk, 20 grams of cheese (reserve 5 grams for topping) and Hemp Sprinkle until well combined.
In a small ramekin place 1/2 of mixture in bottom, crack in egg, top with remaining mixture and reserved cheese and bake in oven for 15-20 mins until egg is cooked to your liking.
The nutritional information is for the Baked Egg only. I have served this with 1 sliced of cooked ham, 1 tablespoon smashed avo, 1/4 piece of toasted pumkin bread and 1 teaspoon relish.
