Ingredients

1 egg
1 tablespoon Becs Italian Hemp Seed Sprinkle
1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon milk
A pinch of Tweed Real Food Wild Porcini Salt
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Add egg, hemp seeds, yoghurt, milk and salt to a small ramekin and whisk until completely combined.

Microwave for 45 second stirring half way through.

Top with Parmesan and place under a hot grill until browned and bubbling.

Top with your fav things like diced avo, crumbled bacon, feta, tomato, relish etc and eat.
