Ingredients
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon granulated stevia (or other sweetener of your choice)
3 lemons juiced (one of them zested)
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
3/4 cup desicated coconut
Mix all ingredients together and form into 10 even balls.
Refrigerate for 30 mins and serve immediately or place in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
these look amazing, though I giggled at the thought of them surviving 5 days 🙂
