Ingredients

250 gram Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese

2 tablespoons mascapone

100 grams Mersey Valley Ploughmans Cheddar

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons Pecan ground to a fine crumb

2 tablespoons Dried Cranberries blended to a fine crumb

4 tablespoons fresh green herbs chopped finely ( I used chives & parsley)

Place cream cheese, mascarpone, Mersey Valley & onion powder in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Scrape sides of blender and blend for another 30 seconds.
 
Place pecans, cranberries & herbs on cling film in seperate piles.
 
With damp hands roll cheese into 18 simlar sized balls and roll ieach one in one of the above.
 
Refridgerate for 30 mins.
