1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup pepitas
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup low sugar dried cranberries
6 dried apricots
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/4 cup sugarfree maple syrup
1/2 cup protein peanut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Add all nuts and seeds to a dry pan over a medium heat toast for a few minutes stirring constantly to ensure they dont burn.

Transfer to a large bowl.

Add all other ingredients to the pan and heat until melted pour mixture into nuts and seeds. And mix until combined.

Pour into a slice tin that is lined with baking paper and refrigerate for atleast an hour.

Once set cut into 18 pieces and either refrigerate or freeze.

This is a great recipe to use up what ever nuts and seeds you have on hand, even change up the spices used to suit your tastes.

This recipe although extremely good for you and FULL of great nutrition is very calorie dense so these are good as a snack especially for those struggling to get enough cals in or trying to maintain xx
