Double Choc Chip Protein Slice

1 can of black beans drained and rinsed in a colander
1/2 cup cacao powder or cocoa 
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar 
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons coconut oil melted
2 egg whites whipped to fluffy peaks
1/4 cup dark choc chips
1/2 cup walnut (or any other fav nut)

Add beans, cacao, protein powder, sugar, salt, vanilla and coconut oil to blender and blend until completely smooth.

Transfer mixture to a bowl and add choc chips and walnuts and mix through. Add egg whites and fold through try keeping as much air in the as you can.

Oil a slice tray with a small amount of coconut oil and lay a sheet of baking paper in the bottom.

Spread mixture into pan and pop in a 180 oven for roughly 12-15 min, you want it to still be slightly gooey in the middle.

Cool in pan and refrigerate for 30 mins before removing from pan.
