Ingredients

3/4 cup oats

10 medjool dates

1 tablespoon orange juice

1 tablespoon cranberries

1 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 tablespoon Christmas Dessert Hemp Seed Sprinkle

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/4 cup of warm water

 

ICING

1/4 cup monkfruit sweetener

1 teaspoon lite cream

1 1/2 tablespoons light cream cheese

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 scoop feel good tasteless protein powder

Place warm water in a shallow bowl and add chia seeds for 5 mins or until they have soaked up most of the water.
 
 
Add all ingredients (excluding the icing ingredients) to a blender and blender until completely combined and sticky.
 
 
With damp hands roll into 18 even sized balls and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
 
Icing
 
Place Monkfruit and cream in a bowl and microwave for 15 seconds, stir and repeat twice.
Add the vanilla, protein powder and cream cheese and whisk until thouroughly combined. Refridgerates for 30 mins.
 
Remove the bliss balls and icing from the fridge. Give the icing another whisk and place 1/2 a teaspoon of icing on top of each ball.
 
Decorate with sugar free lollies xx
