1 medium onion grated
2 garlic cloves crushed
2 extra lean sausages
250 grams turkey mince
1 scoop feel good tasteless protein powder
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon Bec’s Christmas Dinner Hemp Seed Sprinkle
1 tablespoon dried cranberries finely chopped
60 grams Brie diced
3 sheets fresh filo pastry
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees and line a tray with baking paper.
Remove sausage meat from skin into a bowl.
Add all other ingredients to the bowl, except brie,oil spray and filo, and mix well until all ingredients are well combined (its ok if there are a few chunks of sausage meat not mixed right in as it gives a different flavour with every bite).
Take 1 sheet of filo and spray well with oil spray, fold in half and spray again, fold in half again. Take 1/3 of the turkey mixture and place it down the centre of the filo sheet, take 1/3 of the diced Brie and push it into the turkey mixture then roll over and tuck the edges under.
Repeat with remaining filo, turkey mixture and brie.
Cut each roll into 5 equal pieces place on oven tray and spray with oil spray (optional – top with sesame seeds).
Place in oven for 5 mins at 200, then turn oven down to 180 for 10-15 mins.
Serve with cranberry sauce!
