Ingredients

8 spring roll wrapper

500 grams chicken mince (or any lean mince)

1 packet taco seasoning

2 tablespoons

Philadelphia light cream for cooking

3/4 cup grated cheese 

Cook mince according to directions on taco packet once almost done add light cream for cooking and cheese.

Once cheese has melted take off the heat and allow to cook.

Divide the mince between the 8 spring roll wrappers and took up.

Cook in a 200 degree oven for 15 minutes or until they are golden and crisp.

Serve with sour cream and salad.
