1 packet of Woolworths 10 hours slow cooked lamb shanks
1 onion diced
3 garlic cloves crushed
2 tablespoons Tweed Real Food Durban Curry
3 Carrot roughly chopped
1 can brown lentils drained
1 litre of reduced salt beef stock
2 cups water
Fry onion, garlic and curry off in a large pot until onions are tender.
Add all other ingredient to the pot and bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Removed shanks and pull meat off the bones, add meat back to the pot and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Freeze in meal size portions or serve it up to the fam for a winter warming dinner.
