1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup taco sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan
Crispy chicken taco seasoning
500 grams turkey mince
Nobbys pork crackle 2 packets crushed
1 teaspoon garlic power
2 cloves garlic
Mix all ingredients together except the pork crackle and the taco seasoning.
This mixture is quiet wet but it makes for moist meatballs.
Mix crackle and seasoning together in a bowl.
Roll into 12 balls and crumb with the crackle mix.
Spray with olive oil spray and cook in air fryer 230 for 25 mins. (Oven 200 for 35mins)
Serve topped with sour cream and taco sauce.
