Ingredients
Meatloaf
500 grams chicken mince
1 tablespoon @tweedrealfood avo smash dukkah
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tablespoon cottage cheese
2 tablespoons pasta sauce
Cheese mixture
1/2 cup ricotta
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan
6 tablespoons pasta sauce
2 teaspoon @tweedrealfood rosemary and garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together.
Combine all ingredients and place half of the mixture in a 6 cup muffin tin top with cheese filling, then more chicken mixture. Finally too with a tablespoon of pasta sauce and a table spoon of cheese mixture and bake for 25 minutes in a 180 degree oven.
