Ingredients

1 whole egg
1 egg white
1 cube frozen kale thawed
2 tablespoons frozen edamame thawed
A dash of milk
1/8th avo diced
Sprinkle of mini feta cubes, hemp seeds and beetroot relish.

 
 

 

Whisk egg, kale, edamame & milk together until combined well.

Microwave in 20 second spurts starting in between until cooked to your like. Season to taste.
Top with the yummy stuff and eat!!
