Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup almond meal
1/2 bunch snipped chives
1 cup of mixed grated cheeses (I used cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan and haloumi)
150 grams ham diced
4 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons of your favourite dried herbs.
1/2 teaspoon bicarb.
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
Line a mini muffin tin with patty pans.
Mix all ingredients together and fill patty pans to the tops
Bake in a 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
